This policy explains what happens to the information you send through dedon-patio-furniture.com. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
When you send the quote form we receive your name, email address, city and state if you give them, the collection you picked, your message and the page you sent it from. Cloudflare adds the country your request came from.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile checks your browser and does not ask you to solve puzzles in most cases. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for what Turnstile processes.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request with prices, lead times and options for Dedon outdoor furniture. We share the request with Dedon dealers or partners only when we need them to price or deliver your order.
We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Analytics and cookies
We may measure visits with privacy-focused analytics such as Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics to see which pages help people. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block them in your browser settings.
How long we keep it and your rights
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up on an order, then delete them. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@dedon-patio-furniture.com. California residents can use the same address to exercise their rights under the CCPA.
